The DXonJet VPJet series vertical printers utilize UV-curable inks, offering superior print quality and durability across various surfaces. These printers feature refillable ink tanks, providing a cost-effective alternative to disposable cartridges.

After extensive testing, the Nazdar 270 Series UV-LED Inks have been identified as perfectly compatible with the VPJet4.0 vertical wall printer. These inks are designed for UV-LED curing with ambient temperature-controlled printheads, such as the Epson DX7 used in the VPJet4.0.
Enhance Your Prints with DXonJet UV-Curable Ink
While any UV-curable ink compatible with Epson DX7, Epson F1080, and Ricoh GH2220 printheads can be used with the VPJet4.0, it is not recommended to deviate from the tested Nazdar 270 Series inks for several reasons:

Color Accuracy: Different manufacturers' ink contains varying additive levels, which can cause color deviations in printed materials.

Ink Droplet Size: Different inks have unique characteristics, such as the smallest ink droplet size. For instance, Ricoh printing nozzles have four levels of grayscale capability, and the smallest ink droplet requires 3 picoliters. If the ink parameters do not meet this requirement, the quality of the printed image may be affected.

Color Calibration: The VPJet series printers undergo professional ICC color calibration before leaving the factory. The printhead model, ink model, and machine architecture are all factors that affect the color configuration.

Printhead Longevity: High-quality inks cause less wear on the printing nozzle, thereby prolonging its lifespan.
